Hokkaido is is famous for farming so they do have great ice cream and pudding and so on!
If you are willing to eat good see food and good desert, get relaxed, get away from humid summer in the main land, Hokkaido is the place for you to be!

    So I made a Houji-cha pannacotta for my self.
    Actually, it was very easy and delicious, too!
    I will up road a recipe later!
    I think you want to have a bucket of that^^
